How does the verification process work?

Candidates can complete up to five verification checks: ID verification, criminal background check, qualification validation, professional references, and certifications. Upload your documents through the platform and our team will process them. Verified candidates earn trust badges visible to recruiters.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase), and strict access controls. Sensitive documents like verification files are stored with signed URL access that expires after 15 minutes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments through Paystack, which supports major credit and debit cards. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
